Trainee Customer Service Bodyshop Advisor & Estimator

The Trainee Customer Service Bodyshop Advisor & Estimator will embark on a comprehensive 12-month trainee in-house training programme.  On successful completion, you will move onto a basic salary, and bonus structure.

€23,000 - €25,000 during training period. However, on successful completion of training and target delivery, you will move onto a highly lucrative basic salary, and bonus structure

About the role

As a  Trainee Customer Service Bodyshop Advisor & Estimator, you will provide outstanding customer care and commence learning how to assess vehicle damage  to costings and subsequent repairs. You will be a  vital link between our customers and the bodyshop, during your 12-month training programme.

During the traineeship you will start to learn inform and consult on vehicle repair, and keep the customer up date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. Your will learn how to assess a vehicle damage and how to cost repairs using the latest in technology. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.

About you

Don't worry if you do not have previous experience, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. An understanding of customer service and motor vehicles technical would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and damage assessment in a very busy and demanding environment.
